Galaway Management Services (GMS) was established in 2012 in Zimbabwe to offer world class human resources consultancy services specialising in Talent Search & Placements, Human Capital Development, Organisational Development, Strategic Information Services (Research and Surveys), Outsourced Labour, Payroll Services and Human Resources Advisory Services. We take pride in our professionalism and ethical manner in the way we deliver service to our clients.

At Galaway Management Services, our aim is to be at the core of corporate and human capital development in Zimbabwe and beyond. Our Executive team is made up of highly qualified Consultants with over 30 years of combined experience with skills cutting across a diverse range of HR discipline.

Albert Chandavengerwa

Managing Consultant


Mr Albert Chandavengerwa is one of the founding partners of Galaway Management Services having joined the company in 2012. He has vast experience which spans over 15 years in Human Resources Management field with a strong consulting and management background having worked on different HR related projects with various organisations both in the public and private sectors. His passion lies in Strategy planning and design, Organisational Development and Human Capital Development. Mr Chandavengerwa is a current holder of a Masters in Leadership and Management (ALMA), a Masters in Strategic Management (CUT) and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.

Dennis Nyabadza

Senior Partner


Mr Dennis Nyabadza is the Senior Partner having partnered Galaway Management Services in 2020. Prior to joining Gala-Way, he worked for various Zimbabwe Stock Listed corporates in various capacities. He is highly experienced in the Human Resources field with a strong business acumen and leadership skills. His experience spans over 15 years gained at both executive and board levels covering the following diverse industries; Agriculture, Manufacturing, FinTech and Telecommunications. His passion lies in strategic and operational excellence, talent sourcing and placement, human capital development and organisational development. Mr Nyabadza is a current holder of an MBA degree and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in People Management and other related certificates.
