Galaway Management Services has been retained by one of its clients to recruit and select a suitable candidate for the position of PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT.
Main Duties
- Invoices tenants in country and out of the country to make sure all reconciliations are done on time.
- Prepares payments for levies and other administrative request
- Liaises with the bank for payments and acquittals
- Prepares cost analysis and invoices for requested quotes
- Follows-up on shipments and updating clients
- Procures items for teas, stationery, office improvements and building renovations
- Organises office functions
- Creates purchase orders and emails statements to the clients
- Attends to phone calls
- Follow up on tenancy rentals and buying services outstanding invoices
- Maintaining and Filing of purchase requisitions for the Directors Office as per Audit Requirements
- Timeous invoicing of buying services jobs in the Navision Jobs Module
- Debtors Reconciliations of all tenants and buying services accounts
- Tracking of buying services invoicing
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting / Business Administration
- Diploma in Real Estate Management or; Diploma or Degree in Purchasing/ Business Administration and Management will be an added advantage
- At least 2 A Levels passes.
- ACCA
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
